Return Policy
Emerald City Jewelers will refund any in-stock purchase by the same method of payment within 7 days of the purchase. Check refunds will not be made until the cheque clears our bank, normally 10 days. Check will be mailed at that time to purchaser only. Item must be in new, unworn condition, in original box and have original receipt. Items returned after 7 days will be given store credit only. No returns or exchanges after 30 days. Some credit card returns are subject to a re-stocking fee equal to charges incurred by Emerald City Jewelers. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. A $35.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks due to insufficient funds.

A 25% deposit is required for a special order. If a special order is cancelled, deposit will be available as an in-store credit. No return, No refund, No exchange. FINAL SALE.
